Projet MJP 3600 Arrives

We have had another week at Angus 3D Solutions. The new 3D Systems Projet MJP 3600 printer arrived and was installed and the training completed. The detail and quality of the test parts printed this week are amazing. We managed to print some customer parts on this machine and have these delivered to their office

A Busy Week @ Angus 3D Solutions

A busy week, moved in to our new premises, had our first customer visit, introduced our company to new customers, dealing with some interesting enquires, took delivery of our new 3D Printer. A great week. Next week will be even busier with the team from isodo3d flying in to complete the printer installation and training.

ARE TRADITIONAL JIG & FIXTURE MANUFACTURING METHODS OUTDATED?

We use jigs & fixtures to help with repeatability and maintain precision, these primarily reducing time and human error during production. The downside is the time and cost associated in manufacturing specialised tools and jigs & fixtures and the lack of ability to change them at the last minute. 3D printing removes these traditional challenges
